Would you try this?

I’m NOT vegan and I’m not telling you to be vegan, BUT we all know it’s healthier to eat less meat, especially red meat!

The problem is, a lot of people (especially guys!) worry that if they eat less meat, that they’ll lose muscle. But once you MEAT Robbie (lololol!), you’ll realize…it just might not be true πŸ’ž
